  • Velice vstřícné jednání veškerého personálu, velmi ochotní zaměstnanci - recepce, restaurace a pokojské. Byli jsme spokojeni s nabízenými službami, umístěním hotelu a charakterem hotelu.

  • Po přestěhování z pokoje 204 na pokoj 301 (zatékání do pokoje) není zcela vhodně řešena klimatizace - přímo na postel, což neumožňovalo při vysokých teplotách mít klimatizaci v noci zapnutou. Náhradní otevření oken mělo za následek rušení spánku značně hlučným provozem vozidel z komunikace. Na sociálním zařízení jsou velmi malá umývadla a dost nešťastně umístěna - pro mytí i např. holení nízko a navíc pod hranou zrcadla. Nabídka v restauraci je sice velmi bohatá, jídla jsou v dobrých porcích a strava je velmi chutná, ovšem pro osoby ubytované v hotelu s potřebou dietnějších rázu jídel je nabídka nízká. To může způsobit vyhledávání stravování v jiných zařízeních.
